LEXROCKBV Dems host Senator Tim Kaine and Congressional Candidate Ken Mitchell

As a direct result of the successful merger of the City of Lexington, City of Buena Vista and Rockbridge County Democratic Committees, our local committee held an event at the Glen Maury Park in Buena Vista.  In front of nearly 100 supporters the candidates made it clear how important this election is and how important rural Virginia will be to turning Virginia “Blue” in the future.  Kaine and Mitchell also on the spot formed a duet with Kaine on the harmonica and Mitchell on the guitar for some great music.  Future events will be held by the LEXROCKVA DEMS to get out the vote and bring our candidates into the winners’ circle on November 5, 2024.
